Scrimmage was held on Friday night 8/7 on Grant County's new turf field. Teams played 3 sets of 10 plays offense/10 plays defense (with the 3rd set being JV). Holy Cross had no problems moving the ball down the field and scored twice. Grant County scored twice on two big pass plays. The teams played one full quarter of live action with Holy Cross scoring once and almost scoring a second time but QB Brian Ferguson threw a late interception near the goal line. Lots of work to do for both teams.
