Oldham County hires Kaylee Clifford

Amazing Hire from within the 8th!

Will be very curious in this district what happens next year.

South Oldham has won several in a row and hasn’t had a close District game in years, will again have the best individual player in the district with Brickey.

North Oldham returns virtually everything off a 20-win team that surprised everyone last year and has drastically improved.

Oldham County will have a new coach with talent that has yet to put it together- a year ago this time they were considered the true District threats to unseat South Oldham.

You can make an argument for any of these three teams to expect to win this District.

What’s her background?

Former Trimble Co standout, played at Kentucky Wesleyan.

Coached Middle School/assistant at Trimble for a few years.

Believe she was candidate at Trimble County last year, but did not get their HC job.

Pretty interesting that OC would hire someone without any Varsity experience (that's what I was told) when they had other candidates that had Varsity head coaching experience and others that had a lot of Varsity experience.

This shapes up to be a very interesting District as stated above.
