There are two games tonight at Montgomery County between 4 of the top teams in the central Kentucky area. I plan on attending both games and will try to provide updates.

The 7:00pm game:

Madison Central #5 Courier-Journal and KSR vs. #7 Courier-Journal and #6 KSR

The 8:45pm game:

Frederick Douglass #2 Courier Journal and #3 KSR vs. Montgomery County #17 Courier-Journal and #10 KSR

Should be two excellent games.

Halftime of the Madison Central and Bryan Station game has the Defenders leading 33-30. Station led by as many as 13 but the Indians came back to actually take the lead. 

Good 3rd quarter Bryan Station leads after 3 by 5 at 55-50. 

A big 4th quarter by Madison Central out scoring Station 21-10 and pulled away for a 71-60 win. 

Next up is Frederick Douglass and Montgomery County. 

After 1 quarter Douglass leads Montgomery 17-7. 

Halftime Frederick Douglass leads Montgomery 38-20. 

Douglass leads 58-38 after 3 quarters. I’ve seen enough old man is heading home. 

Montgomery made a major run and cut the Douglass lead to 6 at 61-55 with 5 minutes to play then Douglass hit a 3 to go back up 9. There is still 3:38 to play.
