Lexington Catholic coach Bernadette Madigan-Dugan is building a dynasty. The former UK All-American/HOF'er has the Lady Knights poised to win their fifth consecutive title. Like LCA, Lex Cath has made distance running the cornerstone of their two XC-Indoor-Outdoor Track triple crowns. 

Bourbon County, last year's runner-up,  has a terrific program under Coach Andrew Perraut. Could this be the year of the Lady Colonels break through for their first win at State?
