☘️ Trinity defeated Lafayette in a big dual meet Saturday at Seneca Park; a little early season revenge for Lafayette's "upset" win in last year's 3A state meet.

US #3 T: 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 • 27 (9, 10)

US #14 L: 1, 2, 6, 11, 12 • 32 (13, 14)

The Generals' Xavier Richardson won the race in 15:00.72.

The Rocks are fast and deep: 1-5, 20.62 secs. split and 15:27.6 avg. time; 9 guys sub 16:00, and 13 more sub 17:00 Saturday. Seneca Park is a fast course, but wow.

? LCA's girls defeated the other four KY teams nationally ranked H2H on August 30 in the Central Kentucky Run for the Gold at Elizabethtown.

1. LCA 74, 2. Lex Cath 127, 3. N Oldham 131, 4. Greenwood 133, 5. Lafayette 155

Thomas Nelson's Baili Hoten won the meet in 17:47.02.

• 2025 is shaping up as a great XC season; good luck to all!
