What has happened to common sense?

I was at the Kenton Co. building today to renew my driver's license.  Anyone who has done so down there on Simon Kenton Way in Covington knows that you go up the elevator to the 2nd floor and down the hall.  There is a fairly sizeable waiting room outside and one door that leads into the actual area of work.  So I went in, signed in as a walk in, got my spot in line and walked out into the waiting room and stood there. (For nearly 2 hours, but that is a different rant for a different time.). Roughly an hour into the wait, three people show up (only one in need of service at the office) they walk in and sign in for the spot in line...Then proceed to stand right in the ONE doorway into the office.  Even after multiple (and I'm talking 15 to 20) excuse mes, they still didn't grasp the idea that that might not be the best place to stand.  They'd move long enough to let the requester through, then go three wide across the door way again.   Standing in the only way in isn't getting your number called any faster.

Learn to read the surroundings and use your brain.
