Just read this book. Thought it was really good. Best way I could describe these guys... sort of a hybrid between a HS Football Coach and the grunts that do all the dirty work at the collegiate level.

 

Kyle Shanahan, Mike McDonald, Matt LaFleur, Raheem Morris, Sean McVay... the Fun Bunch (sort of ) got their start w/ Washington when Mike Shanahan was the head coach. 

 

Has anyone else read this?  Thoughts?
