Excessive convection early in the day may greatly lower overall danger and instability. However, additional destabilization in the evening before a strengthening surface low rises northeast from the Mid-South to OH within bands of thunderstorms should occur through Saturday night. Conditons could cause at least some risk of strong/damaging gusts within bands of thunderstorms should occur through Saturday night.
nWo Posted March 13, 2025 Author Posted March 13, 2025 Friday night through Saturday night There will be multiple waves of rainfall Friday night through Saturday night that could bring widespread 1-3" of rainfall amounts. A marrower swath of total rainfall amounts over 3" may develop by Saturday night. Heavy rainfall rates in thunderstorms will increase flash flooding potential Saturday afternoon.
