Johnson Central was led in scoring by Adyson Burchett (21) and Karlea Stanley (16). 

Lady Eagles (KY #33, 27-3, R15 14-0) will play 7th Region champs (Sacred Heart/Manual) in the Sweet 16's first round.

Lady Bulldogs (KY #92, 15-13, R15 12-5) had a big upset over Pikeville in the semifinals.
