Well, let's bounce back. I now would not be surprised at a North Oldham vs South Oldham championship game. That being said, Spencer County, Walton-Verona, and Simon Kenton are all capable of making it and winning it. 

Could this be Trent Steiner's year to finally climb over that hump and make an appearance at Rupp? 

I think North is the team to beat in the region. Simon Kenton and South will be there biggest challengers. Freshman Austin Sears is the best player in the region

Sears is good, but not there yet. Give him a year or two.

Well..... Don't get me wrong Sears is good. But, currently he is not even in the top 5 best players in the region. I would put Gutman, Boone, Miles, Bilton, Griffin ahead of him atleast. 

 

Now, I definitely see him becoming the best player in the region in the next 2-3 years, unless little Rondo has something to say about it. 

However, North is definitely the team to beat with South and SK being the only legitimate challengers. I do agree with that.

Yes it’s hard to predict who will develop over the next year or two to be the best player .  Oldham County has a 6’5 8th grader that started all season and had a solid year. 

there is definitely some young talent out there . Will be fun to see how they all develop

Bryant showed some amazing stretches in the games taht I watched. Obviously as an eight grader he had some rough patches, but he is a raw scorer. He reminds me of a Kevin Durant style player.

Nolin too inconsistent for me. I like Sears better than him personally. Yeah, Nolin may average 25+, however it is with terrible shooting splits. Sears is much more efficient, on a much better team.
