2nd Region: Week 5

[2nd and Goal]

This will be an abbreviated version of my weekly rankings as the ice storm has knocked out power and I’ll be doing this from my phone.

Rankings:

1. Henderson County (9-3): Colonels are on a 4 game winning streak that includes an impressive win over Evansville Harrison and a lopsided victory over Bullitt East. 

2. Lyon County (5-4): The Lions have dropped 4 in a row but losing in the WHM and to Ballard on the road doesn’t cause a drop in the rankings. 

3. Madisonville (8-5): The Maroons ended their 5 game skid with a win over Webster County. 

4. Union County (6-4): The Braves picked up a solid road win at Ohio County.

5. Caldwell County (8-5): The Tigers picked up 2 very good wins on the weak over district rival Dawson Springs and the much improved Muhlengberg County Mustangs out of he 3rd region. 

6. Hopkins County Central (6-4): The Storm have won their last 3 in a row. 

7. Hopkinsville (4-9): The Tigers went 1-1 on the week.

8. Dawson Springs (7-6): 1-1 on the week but lost an important district matchup to Caldwell County.

9. UHA (2-7): 1-0 this week picking up a needed win over Glasgow.

10. Christian County (2-11): 1-0 this week with a win over Russellville.

11. Webster County (5-8)

12. Livingston Central (3-7)

13. Trigg County (5-8)

14. Heritage Christian (3-8)

15. Ft. Campbell (1-9)

16. Crittenden County (0-9)
