2024 Joe B. Hall & Denny Crum Classic

Both games are scheduled to take place at Montgomery County this upcoming Saturday, January 11th:

George Rogers Clark vs.Woodford County - 4:00pm 
Covington Catholic vs. Montgomery County - 6:00pm

I hadn't heard of this until I saw it on Cov Cath's schedule when it was released back in August. Apparently it the Hall/Crum Classic took place last year at Montomery County in similar fashion: Frederick Douglass vs. Montgomery County and Fairdale vs. Rockcastle County.

I couldn't find anything readily available about it aside from the dates and previous final score, but then I also saw that there was a similarly named prep hoops event back in 2014. Assuming from the notably different format and different venues the 2014 Joe B. Hall and Denny Crum Bluegrass Showcase was a completely separate animal from the Joe B. Hall and Denny Crum Classic? Can anyone confirm or deny?
