Who will win the district and why who will be runner up and why? who are the best players in the district this year....................

I'd give a slight edge to Lee over Powell. There's not a whole lot of difference in these two teams, but Lee seems to be playing at the top of their game right now. Estill is not totally out of the picture, but they have to rely so much on their outside game that if the shots aren't falling they're in trouble.
