Cross Country, Indoor Track & Field, and Outdoor Track & Field.

The inaugural season of KHSAA's Indoor Track & Field created an unofficial KHSAA Triple Crown in the 2023-2024 school year. Covington Catholic became the first-ever school to complete it by winning the Boys 2A Cross Country title in the fall of 2023, and then winning both the Boys 2024 Indoor Track & Field title and the Boys 2024 Outdoor Track & Field in the spring.
