One member answer was a redistricting of Hardin County schools. After a little digging, there seems to have been some roster churn over the last few years. But the team is 4-38 over the last season and a half. Hard to diagnose performance issues, as I haven't seen them play, and the team has submitted zero stats to the KHSAA. 

Anyone?
