Winner winner for the Birds…..  Finally getting that must needed first W of the season.  It was nice seeing the ball go through the net today for the Birds.  They had by far their best shooting game in this early season.  They shot 9 for 19 from the 3s, led by Saylor Macke who was a solid 4 for 5.  Marissa Green led the Birds in scoring getting 20 points in the game.  

I didn’t know what to expect in this game since Augusta’s first game of the season was a decently close one vs NCC which they did lose to but only by 10, 56-66.

Congrats Birds!!!!   

Now up next for these Birds are 2 away games against 9th Region Powerhouses in Cooper on Tue & Holy Cross on Friday…….Good Luck!
