Since the other two teams in the district are Ashland and Fairview, I doubt that it will be "one and out" for both teams. I would still think that Rose Hill is favored to win the district and remember that the tournament will be held at Boyd County.

I know...I am an easy target. I'll take Boyd in this one and will go on to say that RH will not get out of the District unless they win the Lottery and play the Mighty Eagles
