Ashland and Montgomery Co. tied 39/39 in this dual meet. Ashland won 7 matches, lost 4 and forfeited 3. This was an interesting meet because these two schools will be in the same football district next year (for the first time).

Ashland’s senior Heavy Weight (Dillon) has only lost once this year – to Cable Midland (WV). He missed the early part of the season and has not met many of the wrestlers from our region yet.

This was one of the best matches of the night. Fuller was nearly pinned, but held on for almost two minutes until the end of the period. He came from behind to win by a pin at the end. His conditioning won this match for him.

Dillon is having a very good senior year.

Ashland's Evan Holbrook won this match after a bit of a struggle.

Ashland's Mat Bartram is also having a good senior year.
