I was mowing grass a little bit ago, and the neighborhood stray cat, who happens to be solid black, cut across the yard directly in front of me. 

I hadn't thought about it all week, but it ocurred to me just now that today is Friday the 13th.

Personally, I'm not terribly superstitious, but I do find the notion interesting.

Anyone here have superstitions? Especially sports related, seeing as this is the football forum. Do you eat your pregame meal at the same place every Friday? Sit in the same seat for every game? Is it a good or bad omen if your quarterback is wearing #13 tonight?

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to walk backwards in a circle around the spot where I encountered that black cat and count to thirteen.
