How long have you played football, and what keeps you playing?

Been playing since the 3rd grade, my love for the game keeps me playing

What shocked you the most about the 2022 season?

We had a down year in 2022 going 6-6, all my teammates and I had high expectations for that season.

Which position do you enjoy playing the most? Explain? QB by far, just being in control of the game and having all that pressure on you.

Which of the positions that you play is the hardest to prepare for?

QB, one of the hardest things in all of sports.

Of all the road games you have played, which stadium do you like the best?

Definitely War Memorial from Mayfield, Ky.

What must you work on to up your game?

I need to work on my mechanics as of now to up my game. I would like to work on my pocket awareness and analyzing defenses.

What have your best and worst moments as an athlete been?

Best was beating Mayfield in the playoffs, ending the 23-year record of not beating them. The worst moment was losing to LCA in the semifinals 2020.

What's the best piece of advice you've been given by a coach, and which coach was it?

That the little things and details matter - Coach Hodge. That's really something that all of my coaches have preached about so it must be important.

How does being an athlete make you a better person?

It gives you great discipline and gives you skills that will follow you in life. Everywhere you go in life you will have to compete.

Do you think you and your teammates are role models for the young kids who come and watch you guys play?

Of course, they set the standard and their behavior will be mirrored by the younger generation. The little kids will always look up to those high school athletes.

What goals have you set not only for yourself but for the team as well?

Winning a state championship nothing short of it. That’s something that I and my teammates have been dreaming of since we were little.

Who is your favorite all-time athlete?

Allen Iverson, he was insane at football and basketball in high school.

Outside of high school sports, what are your main hobbies?

Spending time with family and friends.

What type of music do you like best, along with your favorite song and the artist that sings it?

Country is something that I’ve always been drawn to. Big fan of Riley Green.
