My Saturday basketball game to tip off the day pitted West Virginia (13-8) against Auburn (16-5). I basically watched this one because it was on the TV above the stationary bike I was on at the gym. The Mountaineers connected on 46.3% of their shots, while the Tigers hit 49.2%. Eric Stevenson (Lacey, WA) had a game-high 31 points in the win, along with 6 boards and 3 assists. He was 7-0 from behind the three-point arch. For the Tigers, Jaylin Williams (Nahunta, GA) had 18 points.
