This was game one of my last doubleheader on Saturday.
With five seconds left, Southwestern University (7-12, 3-7 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference) trailed by two when Brock Luechtefeld (The Woodlands, Texas) passed to Chris Smith Jr. (Abaco, Bahamas), who nailed the game-winner. Luechtefeld ended with 10 points, 9 rebounds, and 1 assist. Smith ended with 12 points and 4 rebounds. Leading the winners with 15 points and 2 steals was Preston Hannah (Keller, Texas). For Dallas (7-11, 1-8 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference), Jack Boyle (Silver Spring, MD) had a game-high 30 points and 10 boards. Louis Christifano Jr. (Overland Park, KS) came off the bench to score 16.
