Trinity had a good showing in the King of the Bluegrass tournament going 3-1 and winning the consolation bracket. Andrae Vasser leads the Shamrocks and the 7th Region in scoring at 19.2 points per game. He also is 3rd in the 7th Region in rebounding at 9.7 rebounds per game and will be one of the leaders for 7th Region player of the year. Ballard went 3-0 this past week and continues to be on Trinity's heels. Ballard is led by another region player of the year candidate with Gabe Sisk scoring 17.8 points per game while also rebounding an impressive 11.5 per game which leads the region. Male and Manual both went 1-2 in the King of the Bluegrass tournament. Not a lot of change in the rankings as holiday tournaments continue.

Manual lost to Warren Central 73-55 and lost to Sagemont (FL) 80-73. Next game is TBA at Pensacola Beach (FL).

5. Kentucky Country Day (5-4)

KCD beat Wren (SC) 50-45, lost to James River (VA) 75-57, and lost to Danville 59-58. Next game is against Grant County at Henry County on 12/28.

6. Eastern (7-2)

Eastern beat Washington County 69-54 and beat Walton-Verona 76-62. Next game is at home against Butler on 12/27.
