A 2 point win for Gallatin at Owen in Overtime

OT - awesome. Any details!?!?!?

I made it to this one. Lots of excitement on both side. Gallatin builds a big lead then Owen catches up and takes a lead of their own with just seconds to play.

Gallatin claws back to put it into OT.

Gallatin did not take very good care of the ball late in the game and Owen couldn't miss a shot.

Neeley finished with 27 for Owen. The kid is unstopable. Edmondson and Perkins led the cats.

Owen got up by 3 (62-65) w/ the ball when the ref called a tech. foul against owen w/ 20 seconds left. Edmonson hits a 3 to tie the game w/ 7 left. Owen misses two shots at end of reg. In OT rebels down 2 w/ ball and 18 seconds left. Missed 3 at buzzer to end game. Questionable foul on the last second shot

Neely took over in the 4th quarter when Owen went on a 15-0 run. Late in the 4th quarter Owen was up 4 with less than a minute to go and a technical foul was called on one of the Owen County players I believe for language after a play under the goal. Gallatin sank one of the foul shots and Edmonson hit a HUGE 3 pointer with less than 10 seconds to go and send it into overtime. In the OT Owen lost Perkins to fouls and they simply ran out of gas. They just don't have enough depth to play with Gallatin. Great game by both Neely and Edmonson....
