The 7th Region gauntlet got under way yesterday, and Ballard, one of the state's top two teams, had no problem with a very solid Highlands Latin team.  Ballard moves into the semi-finals where they'll take on the other "one of the top two teams" in KY, Saint Xavier.

Highlands Latin finishes the 2022 season at 16-4-1 (losses to Collegiate, Trinity, Trinity, and Ballard), with 89 goals for and 29 against.  Congrats to Coach Wheatley and the Highlanders on an outstanding season.  In a LOT of regions around KY they would have been the favorite.
