About what most would have expected.  Highlands has so much talent up top, Holy Cross has a couple of weapons but not much depth, so the Birds were likely always to be a bridge too far for the Indians.

Highlands moves to 7-4-2 on the season and get MoCo in the Fort tomorrow.  They should be able to grab results in their next two before a great game with Dixie next Thursday.

Holy Cross falls to 5-6-0 on the season, and host Calvary Christian on Saturday.  Their remaining schedule is all about getting a couple of guys healthy and refining some things for the big rematch with Beechwood in early October in the districts.
