While the outcome is about as expected, I think I saw the halftime score was 2-1 Colonels, so sounds like business picked up in the 2nd half.  Not much of a shock here, and this solidifies what we already expected, the District Semis will be CovCath vs Holmes and Beechwood vs Holy Cross, the winners making the 9th Region Tourney.

CovCath gets even on the season at 6-6-0, and the Colonels now get McNick, Moeller, and Dixie in succession.

Beechwood falls to 5-7-1 on the season, dropping their 3rd straight, and now they have to face Dixie on Thursday.  No rest for the wicked.
