QB Camp & Instruction: 2022

Have had a bunch of guys across the state working to get better. Here are some photos. It's been a lot of fun and QB play continues to improve and become more important to KY HS Football programs that are serious about being the best they can be.

Green County workout (Coach Phelps, in the middle, attended QB Camp when he was an Ashland Tomcat in HS).

Bullitt East- new setup... "QB Immersion" - On the field and in the classroom with QB's and staff's, MS thru HS. Plan to do one also at Allen Co.-Scottsville at the end of June. Could really develop into something that can make a significant, positive impact on a program for an extended period of time.

Bardstown Bethlehem

I sure do miss having a team, but these workouts have been super. It is great to wake up on a Monday at 5 AM in June and have a QB workout planned some where in our great state. Hopefully I can have a team for 2023, but until then, have really enjoyed working with these young men, coaches and programs.

On a side note... today was the first time I have been back to Greensburg since my Dad coached his first ballgame there with the Boyle County Rebels in 1969. They are in the process of installing turf. I was only four years old, but remember that night well.

KY HS Football is special! Don't take it for granted. Been an awful lot of folks pour their heart, soul and guts into it to make it that way.

Cooper Stone- Bardstown Bethlehem (preseason 1A #3)

Bullitt East- short clinic with staff before work on the field.

Trimble County- was a hot day but these guys worked!

Anderson County- heat was tough, but these guys were tougher.

Headed to Allen Co. Scottsville tomorrow for a total program clinic/workout... 2 hours on the field... 1 hour in the classroom... staff and QB's, grades 7 thru 12.

Headed to Greensburg again on Friday.

Workouts are filling up for next week.

KY HS Football is special and 2022 is going to be a big season!

Grades 7 thru 12, Allen Co.- Scottsville QB’s & staff, got after it today. Intense 3 hours & extremely productive. The Patriots will have a big 2022 season. Thank you Brad Hood !
