Best chances in Kentucky, especially western and southern Kentucky. Damaging winds and isolated tornadoes are possible. A general 1-2" of rain by this evening. Locally heavier amounts are possible in southern Indiana and far north-central Kentucky including Louisville possibly leading to local flooding.
