...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THURSDAY TO 10 AM
EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy freezing rain changing to sleet and snow. Total ice
  accumulations of one tenth to four tenths of an inch. Greatest
  icing amounts expected north of I-64, and also across slopes and
  ridges south of I-64. The lightest icing amounts expected in
  valleys. Total sleet and snow accumulations of one half to one
  inch.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central and southeast
  Kentucky.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Thursday to 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the
  ice. Travel could become nearly impossible from late Thursday
  through Friday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 7 AM
EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations of two
  tenths to one quarter of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35
  mph.

* WHERE...Portions of Southeast Indiana and Central and
  Southwest Ohio.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the
  ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the morning and evening commutes Thursday and the
  morning commute Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills will likely fall below zero
  degrees Friday night into Saturday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
