Coach Robinson is somewhat reserve, but don't let that fool you he can get loud if he wants. He is constantly planning for his Jackets. These young Jackets have responded well to him.

I think with a young team it is best to take a low key approach to things. Yelling and screaming can make an already unstable ship and sink it fast. The good coaches seem to know when and where to use their antics. I think Coach Robinson has done a good job after being thrown into the fire so to speak.
