The Double Deuce Posted October 13, 2021 Posted October 13, 2021 In what was expected to be the best game of the 4 in the 7th region quarters, this one lived up to the hype and then some. Manual's 1st year under Coach Taylor Wood has been nothing short of fantastic, and that continues by escaping the Titans in PK's last night in Louisville. A game that saw Manual's Enrique Calderon and Collegiate's Crew Hartlage put their teams on their backs, ended when a Manual PK taker wrong-footed the Collegiate keeper and buried the game winner launching the celebration by the corner flag. Manual advances to play my #2 team in Kentucky, Kentucky Country Day, two teams that did not meet in the regular season. Congrats to the Crimsons on advancing, and congrats to Collegiate for another amazing season (11-6-2). 1
