Butler names Kevin Geary new boys basketball coach.

Per the CJ, Geary is a Doss grad and has been an assistant at Doss, Butler and Moore in addition to spending one year as head coach at Shawnee for the 2015/16 basketball season.

He did not play high school basketball himself, but is a current head coach with the Manimal Elite Gold AAU organization. He was also interviewed last year for the Butler head coaching job when they ultimately hired Brent Jameson, who led the Bears to a 7-4 record last year.
