The Dixie Heights girls scored a one point win over Cooper while Covington Catholic won 10 of 15 events to best second place Ryle. The Raiders were the defending (2019) boys and girls champions.

Girls triple winners were Simone Bessong of Cooper (4x100, 4x400, 800 SMR) and Allison Arnett of Dixie Heights (4x200, 4x100 SHR, HJ R). Arnett also paired with Molly Jones to win the Unified Mixed LJ relay. Jones was also a triple winner, adding firsts in the UM 2x50 and SP relays.

Cov Cath's Leo Bouldin (LJ R, 4x100, 4x110 SHR, 800 SMR) and Brett Rottinghaus (4x100, 4x200, 800 SMR, 4x110 SHR) were members of four event winners for the Colonels.
