'Alien' actor Yaphet Kotto dies at 81

The late actor also co-starred in the Bond film Live and Let Die, Brubaker, and most recently, television's Homicide: Life on the Street.

He could  play "over-the-top," as in his dual role (Dr. Kananga/Mr. Big) in Live and Let Die. I thought his subtler work in H:LotS was his best (a clip of which is provided in the link).
