Brossart's modest 3-game win streak was unceremoniously halted by Calvary in the final 37th district seeding game.  Senior Carson Schirmer had 14 and David Govan chipped in 11, but the long ball wasn't dropping as the 'stangs went 0-9 from distance.  It was the Govan (30/12) and Schirmer (21) show again in the laugher at Villa as everyone that suited up saw action.

While just about everyone else was taking it easy in week 10, Calvary was able to notch the region's only 20-win season total, going 3 for 4.  The Brossart win was a mild upset, with Luke Ruwe nailing 6 of 10 from behind the arc on the way to a game-high 22 points; while Ethan Mulling did his work inside, adding another 16.  Mulling had 22 against Ryle; while Ruwe, Logan Hinkle and Mulling accounted for 47 in the win over Portland.  The loss at Eminence to end the regular-season was a bit of a head-scratcher; with Carter Hudson the only Cougar to reach double figures.

Previous rank - 15

Ricky Washington poured in 34 and Cortayion Smith added 18 in the loss to Trinity.  Washington grabbed 21 boards for good measure.  Washington followed up with 21 in the Berea game.  This was another of those statistical oddities, as the stats credit Paris with just ten rebounds in a game where Paris missed 31 shots from the floor.  We don't know how many Berea missed because they haven't reported stats since January 23.
