Mustang
Lloyd looked good in spots tonight. Big, quick, athletic, and dominated the boards on both ends. Mustangs needed this one and maybe a few more, first off of a layoff of 12 days. Outscored 17-8 in the third quarter, fell behind by 9 mid-fourth quarter, cut it to two, before the Juggs hit their free-throws down the stretch and won the game in Erlanger. Stephen Verst and Carson Schirmer netted 16 apiece for the Mustangs. Zaire Monroe paced four double-figure scorers for Lloyd with 14. Dominic Pouncey added 13 that included four 3-pointers, while Dameion Mitchell and Garrett Vogelpohl tossed in 12 apiece. Mustangs scheduled to play Bourbon County in Paris on Thursday, Grant County in Dry Ridge on Friday, and host Highlands at home Saturday evening. 1
