Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches, with locally higher amounts possible as well as ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch. * WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central and southeast Kentucky. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult and may be nearly impossible at times. The hazardous conditions could impact travel as early as this evening and also the Thursday morning and evening commutes. Additional power outages are possible as significant accumulations of ice remain on trees. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The majority of the snow should fall between 7 PM this evening and 7 AM on Thursday morning. The precipitation should become lighter for a time around midday to early afternoon on Thursday, and mix with or change to rain, especially along and south of the Mountain Parkway.
