...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
LATE THURSDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow will be possible Thursday afternoon into
  Thursday evening. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches are
  forecast, with locally higher amounts for elevations above 2000
  feet.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast and southeast
  Kentucky.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the evening commute.
