Mark Dixon's first year at Perry Central has went downhill in a hurry after a debut victory over Pike Central. The latest stumble was a 43-0 whitewashing at the hands of Paintsville. The Commodores hill only gets steeper as they take on the bigger brother from Paintsville proper, the defending 4A Champion Johnson Central Golden Eagles.

Matney's ground and pound specialists look to continue to roll through District competition. The Golden Eagles have only lost once in District play since the start of the 2012 season. 

 

Johnson Central leads the all-time series with Perry Central 6-1. The only Perry Central win coming in 2011 with JC winning the last four contests.

 

Golden Eagles by as much as Matney wants to win by.
