I will say Hester and here is my reasoning.

 

With Hester he has an extremely long distance to run to score these touchdowns. Kickoff returns are usually between 0-15 yard line and punts are usually kicked atleast 45-50 yards. I mean Hester can't get a 1yd kickoff return TD. LT has a lot of advantage because the team can drive the ball and he can score from the 2 yard line if they give it to him. Not saying that's always the case but more so than Hester taking 50+ yard runs for all his TD's.

 

Also Hester has to go through the whole team, although he gets blocks almost every return has to scramble somehow. LT does similiar but IMO not exactly the same.

 

Final score Hester 2 LT 1.
