Yoursportsedge.com in western Kentucky is reporting that Fort Campbell has canceled football, soccer, and volleyball, in part because of decisions made by the Department of Defense (who runs education at Fort Campbell and Fort Knox). You can read the statement below:

The football season at Fort Campbell, as well as the soccer season and the volleyball season, in 2020 will not take place. In a statement released by the DoDEA Tuesday afternoon, it was announced that installations in Health Protection Condition level Bravo will not participate in any Group III High or Group II Moderate Infection Risk athletics and activities, practices or drills as identified/defined in the DoDEA Reopening Athletics/Extracurriculars Manual guidelines.

I'm almost certain this affects Fort Knox, too. Carroll County (who is scheduled to play Fort Knox in the opener) posted an opening for September 11 on the coaches Listserv. Both Campbell and Knox are ran by DoDEA.
