My understanding is that Marty Rankin got "das boot" from the job after posting a 22-10 record in 2018/19 and a 17-13 record in 2019/20. The team made the regional tournament both years.

63% win record and two appearances at region isn't good enough for Holy Cross, apparently. Tough sledding in Latonia.
