nWo
First, for Friday, there is a Marginal Risk for isolated strong to severe storms today. This looks to be confined north of I-64. If any develop the stronger storms could produce damaging winds gusts and possible hail. Saturday could see a more organized severe weather event. Hail and wind appear to be the primary hazards but a tornado risk could materialize with an adequate low-level shear forecast. Some of this activity may linger into the overnight hours and spread east/northeast. Check back for updates later today.
