nWo
Some uncertainty exists as to the extent of severe potential across the lower Ohio Valley vicinity however data has continued to indicate some damaging wind potential and perhaps a couple of tornadoes as the warm front lifts northward through the area. The main limiting factors will be generally weak instability and poor midlevel lapse rates, but enough potential exists given the expected strong shear parameters that a Marginal Risk has been issued. Update in the morning.
nWo
Ongoing showers and thunderstorms are forecast over the lower Ohio Valley during the morning. Uncertainty remains regarding the extent of the severe potential across the lower Ohio Valley. One of the main limiting factors is weak instability but enough potential exists because of the expected strong shear parameters with some isolated strong to severe storms possible later today.
