Oldham wins in a "grinder"....very physical game on both ends of the court.

 

Senior Maddie Clark with a huge game for Oldham County, scoring 33 points and grabbing 12 rebounds, both game-highs.

 

Oldham didn't shoot well, but neither did TC. Oldham made up for it, though, by out-rebounding the much taller Lady Commodores, 35-22 (unofficial).

 

Very entertaining ballgame.

 

Best player on the floor tonight for the Lady Commodores was sophomore Elyse Baker, but for some reason they didn't leave her on the floor as much as I would have thought. She has a beautiful short-range jumper, and did a great job of creating her own shot and grabbing rebounds, but she spent most of the game on the bench... When they brought her back late in the game, she was clearly "cold" and never regained the form she showed in the first half.
