The quarter-final game in the Boys National Bracket at the Allstate Sugar Bowl Classic: Game time 8:00.

BGP #3 Male (MaxPreps - KY #2 / US #271) vs. Catholic - Baton Rouge (MaxPreps - LA # 11 / US # 435)

How they got here - 22 Boys National Bracket | Allstate Sugarbowl National Prep Classic

The Bulldogs (9-2) won their first round matchup 80-67 over Grambling Lincoln Prep (Louisiana Class 1A #4). Male’s Kaleb Glenn posted a double-double, with 21pts/15 reb.

The Bears (12-0) defeated Gray Collegiate Academy [Maxpreps (SC) # 24] 89-82 in a double overtime thriller. All-State guard Kentrell Garnett led C-BR with 38 pts.

I’m really impressed with this High team. So many weapons and Fleming not yet back from a shoulder injury. Tyren Moore can fill it up, but three other players have led the team in scoring too. Freshman Kaleb Glenn is a rebounding machine.

Predicting a five point Male win.
