As some of you may have seen I am working on a database of historical statewide information. I want to be as accurate as possible.

 

In compiling data I don't seem to have any information for Berea in 1990. Does anyone know if they fielded a team that year? I don't see them in the Litkenhous ratings for 1990 either so I assume they had no team but just want to be sure. Here is what I have for a 5-year time frame.

 

1987 4-7 Class A Region 2 District 2

1988 0-10 Class A R2 D2

1989 1-10 Did not compete in district play

1990 no data

1991 0-9 Did not compete in district play

 

I have what I thought were complete standings for the 1990 season but the missing Berea worries me that I may have other missing data if they did indeed field a team in 1990.

The only thing I've seen mentioned about a Berea football program anywhere in newspaper archives from 1990 was an Advocate-Messenger article that showed them as "not competing in districts" along with Kentucky School For The Deaf in the 'new' 1991-1994 KHSAA football alignment.
