The two teams played two regulation 40 minute halves, two 5 minute Golden Goal periods, and one five girl PK competition, where Brossart trailed 3-1 at one point, and battled back to knot it at 3-3, forcing a second PK session, where Brossart out-shot the Lady Indians 2-1 and that determined the winner - two hours and thirty-five minutes after the opening touch.

 

Brossart advances to face host Harrison County in the 10th Region Semi-Finals Thursday night at 8pm at Harrison County High School.
