Jarmo Kekäläinen traded for those players to get the Jackets to the playoffs, specifically Matt Duchene and Ryan Dzingel, last season. He then apparently did not resign any of them and lost Artemi Panarin and Sergei Bobrovsky to free agency, as well.

 

I don't know what to expect from this group they have, now. I know we're only 2 games into the season, but Columbus has been outscored 9-3.

 

Cam Atkinson scored the only goal against Toronto, the other night.

 

Zach Werenski scored in the 2nd period of this one to cut Pittsburgh's lead to 2-1. Gustav Nyquist scored the final goal of the game with a little over 5 minutes to go and the Jackets trailing 7-1.
